Um smoothie verde \u00e9 certamente uma boa maneira de contribuir para isso.<\/p>\n<p>Em portugu\u00eas, h\u00e1 pessoas que lhes chamam \u201csumos\u201d. Eu gosto de lhes chamar smoothies para ter uma clara distin\u00e7\u00e3o entre estes e os sumos de legumes, onde o sumo \u00e9 extra\u00eddo do pr\u00f3prio legume, o que \u00e9 um processo completamente diferente do que hoje estou aqui a escrever, mas que irei abordar no artigo da pr\u00f3xima semana. Sempre que poss\u00edvel, uso legumes da \u00e9poca e as minhas receitas variam portanto, mas tento incluir em todas elas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>legumes de folha verdes (por exemplo, couve kale, espinafre, etc)<\/li>\n<li>cruc\u00edferos (br\u00f3colos, couve kale, etc)<\/li>\n<li>outros legumes da \u00e9poca<\/li>\n<li>abacate (al\u00e9m de super nutritivo, tamb\u00e9m d\u00e1 ao smoothie uma consist\u00eancia cremosa)<\/li>\n<li>uma ou duas pre\u00e7as de fruta<\/li>\n<li>tamb\u00e9m comecei a incluir am\u00eandoas, sementes de linha\u00e7a e sementes de c\u00e2nhamo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nesta receita que partilho convosco hoje, inclu\u00ed couve kale, pepino, funcho, br\u00f3colos, am\u00eandoas, abacate, banana, ma\u00e7\u00e3, sementes de linha\u00e7a, sementes de c\u00e2nhamo e spirulina. Al\u00e9m disso, as sementes de linha\u00e7a s\u00e3o a melhor fonte de lignanas (um tipo de polifen\u00f3is). As lignanas t\u00eam sido associadas \u00e0 preven\u00e7\u00e3o e tamb\u00e9m sobreviv\u00eancia do cancro da mama [16, 17]. Cont\u00e9m mais de 60% de prote\u00edna e tem um alto teor de ferro e vitaminas. Tamb\u00e9m pode ser uma boa fonte de iodo (mas depende de onde vem a spirulina que compram). Se t\u00eam falta de ferro, penso que a incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de spirulina na vossa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma boa ideia (consumida juntamente com alimentos ricos em vitamina C para aumentar a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de ferro), mas recomendo que falem primeiro com o vosso m\u00e9dico sobre este assunto.<\/p>\n<p>As sementes de c\u00e2nhamo, am\u00eandoas e spirulina neste smoothie tamb\u00e9m aumentam o seu conte\u00fado proteico.<\/p>\n<p>Claro que todos estes compostos sobre os quais acabei de escrever n\u00e3o s\u00e3o os \u00fanicos presentes neste smoothie verde.
