Talvez possam experimentar faz\u00ea-lo para a passagem de ano? \ud83d\ude42 Eu vou servi-lo aos meus amigos que v\u00eam c\u00e1 a casa!<\/p>\n<p>Se t\u00eam acompanhado o nosso blog, provavelmente lembram-se que h\u00e1 alguns meses partilhei convosco a minha r<a href=\"https:\/\/livinginnaturalharmony.com\/pt\/2017\/09\/20\/receita-cheesecake-de-frutos-vermelhos-vegan-e-cru\/\">eceita de &#8220;cheesecake&#8221; de frutos vermelhos<\/a>. A camadas inferior e superior desta receita s\u00e3o semelhantes, mas a camada do meio \u00e9 feita com di\u00f3spiros, manteiga de am\u00eandoa e baunilha. Se gostarem de di\u00f3spiros e baunilha, e especialmente da combina\u00e7\u00e3o destes dois, penso que v\u00e3o gostar desta receita :). Na minha opini\u00e3o, a alfarroba fica tamb\u00e9m muito bem nesta receita (numa camada diferente). Mas gostava de saber a vossa opini\u00e3o \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Esta receita n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m a\u00e7\u00facar (como todas as minhas receitas), produtos l\u00e1cteos, gl\u00faten e na verdade, nenhum tipo de gr\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Como mencionei, um dos principais ingredientes desta receita \u00e9 o di\u00f3spiro. Sabiam que di\u00f3spiro em latim \u00e9 <em>Diospyros kaki<\/em>, que significa &#8220;comida dos deuses&#8221;? Pois \u00e9, n\u00e3o \u00e9 de admirar dado que os di\u00f3spiros t\u00eam imensos benef\u00edcios para a sa\u00fade, incluindo ajudar a combater o cancro [1], a reduzir o colesterol total e LDL [2] e tem sido recomendado para uma dieta anti-ateroscler\u00f3tica * [3]. Isto deve-se provavelmente ao seu alto teor em certos tipos de antioxidantes (flavon\u00f3ides), que ajudam a inativar os radicais livres [1, 4]. Al\u00e9m disso, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o ricos em fibras, caroten\u00f3ides, vitamina A, vitamina C, vitamina E, vitamina B6, mangan\u00e9sio, cobre, magn\u00e9sio e pot\u00e1ssio.<\/p>\n<p><em>* A aterosclerose ocorre quando placas se acumulam dentro das art\u00e9rias, o que pode levar a doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, vamos l\u00e1 agora \u00e0 receita \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1104 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/livinginnaturalharmony.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/2-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"905\" height=\"739\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tempo de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> (~ 15min para cada camada)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para a camada inferior:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; nozes para decorar o bolo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Ponha as am\u00eandoas de molho em \u00e1gua durante cerca de 8 horas (por exemplo, durante a noite) e as t\u00e2maras durante 1-2 horas.<\/p>\n<p>2. Retire a \u00e1gua e se preferir, lave as am\u00eandoas e t\u00e2maras.<\/p>\n<p>3. Adicione todos os ingredientes da camada inferior ao seu robot de cozinha (trituradora) \u00a0e misture. Nota: n\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso obter uma massa homog\u00e9nea. Na verdade, \u00e9 agrad\u00e1vel encontrar pequenos peda\u00e7os de am\u00eandoa nesta camada.<\/p>\n<p>4. Coloque esta mistura num recipiente retangular (por exemplo, uma ou v\u00e1rias caixas de vidro retangulares ou numa travessa retangular de vidro) e pressione-a com os dedos.<\/p>\n<p>5. Adicione todos os ingredientes da camada do meio na liquidificadora. Misture e triture bem at\u00e9 obter uma mistura homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p>6. Coloque a mistura por cima da camada inferior. Coloque a travessa no frigorifico durante a noite ou no congelador durante cerca de 1-2 horas.<\/p>\n<p>7. Ponha todos os ingredientes da camada superior na liquidificadora. Misture e triture at\u00e9 obter uma mistura homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p>8. Coloque-a por cima da camada do meio.<\/p>\n<p>9. Decore o bolo com as nozes.<\/p>\n<p>10.
